Prabanjas Architecture is a firm situated in Madurai, that focuses on solving problems and issues through architectural design. The firm started its practice when architecture was not evolved and was very less aware to the people of the city. Their approach towards designs and concepts were mostly simplistic and stressing upon not adding more complications in design. Architecture for them, is just being a bundle of decisions to choose rightly throughout the intervention and design process.

IDEOLOGY

The firm established in the year 1989, has been a traditional practice through providing wide range of architectural solutions and aesthetics to the region. Masilamani established the practice being a single proprietorship in the firm, but then later on his son Indrajith joining the firm to take forward the practice his father has made.

The main aim of the firm is to provide simplistic solutions through design innovations in architecture. And designing projects despite of their small scale and size. Masilamani believes architecture is a bundle of decisions and so all the areas, spaces, details should be well designed through decision making under his individual supervision.
